Rambutan has always been bought at stalls and not hand-picked (for me). So when I've got the opportunity to experience rambutan-picking, i was excited. Super excited! ^^
The house in the picture above is my friend's house, Wan Nur Baini located at Perak. The dusun behind her house is full with rambutans and, errk I forgot the name of another kind-of-rambutan. There's also durians but when we reached, there's not much left. I still remembered her father said to us, "..selagi tak habis rambutan tu, selagi tu jangan balik...." ^^
It's fun to pick rambutan directly from the trees. It gives you the feeling of kampung-kampung. I've never thought of having this golden opportunity to travel around Malaysia and experienced this kind of moments. In fact, I've never dreamed to have this chance of picking fruits at a dusun. Alhamdulillah. And I feel very fortunate to have friends who are willing to bring me (and the rest) to see around Msia ;)
A moment certainly to be treasured.
:D
