Moment #9

Moment #9 is here. This time, I'm babbling about Malaysian KTM (Keretapi Tanah Melayu). This train, wal hamdulillah has teached me one precious lesson : patience. I've learned how to handle my emotions and anger before boarding and alighting the train.

Before boarding, I would set on my mind..okay relax. Don't rush for time...don't have any expectation...just follow the crowd. It happened to me before. I've set time that I would reached KL around this certain time. I just give myself a few extra emergency minutes. But boo. I ended up very late, roughly around 1 hour after -.-! Luckily my friend was patient enough to still wait for me. We were going to UIA at that time.

Patience yeah.

I totally hate when the train has to go 'under construction' during weekend time. Commuters would be only using one railway instead of two which would be very very abnormal for normal trains to operate. How could two trains which are heading to two different directions move on one railway?

I tell you how.
By reversing.

Yeah. I've boarded on trains which can reversed just to give way to the other train. A reversing train. That's cool or what.

Ok I'm seriously not bias on how Malaysian trains operate. If this thing happens in Singapore, I would do exactly the same. I would even lodge a complaint. No doubt, if the services is good, I would definately say it.

And yes. KTM has certainly shown improvement lately in services. Less crowded. Not much packed as sardin as before. All thanks to new addition of trains! New trains~ Yea! ^^

Despite that, going to KL is still considered a hassle for me personally :) Hopefully, I can see a better KTM services, perhaps in 10 years time insha allah.

#This article is only subjected to KTM. I have no problem with RapidKL and other Malaysian railways.
