Parents. They are our everything. They support us financially, physically and mentally. They are our source of strength and their doa means a million to us.
When I stepped in the graduation hall, the main camera was focusing towards parents' seat. They were sitting around us. As I looked at their face, my heart soften. Subhanallah. They are aging (some are even weak) and yet they still bring themselves to attend this ceremony - to see their children walk up the stage and receive the scroll. They must be proud. They must be elated.
Alhamdulillah.
I believe that the scroll we are holding means a lot to them. Let us continue to serve them (our parents) by practising what we have learnt especially to FPI students. Every knowledge that we acquired during the 3-years study has a credit to our parents and lecturers. That's the very least we can do to show our appreciation.
